Applaud yourselves because you’ve become the greatest actors/actresses in the world. Hiding our true feelings beneath a smile used to be an attempt towards isolation and silence, but now it’s a habit. This action is so familiar to our nature that we do it subconciously. When we are faced with adversity or any obstacle in life, we fight alone and smile it off when others approach us with caution. We hide our pain with a smile because a smile is a symbol of happiness. We want to be seen as a happy person, but we’re not. So, we lie.  Don’t lie. Don’t push it upon yourself to hide the pain and use smiling to feign emotions. Smile because you mean it, not because it’s something polite. <3trang

“While I was at home today, we had a few people over to work on a couple things. During our conversations, 11:11 came up and everyone dedicated an “11:11 Make a wish” post for me on facebook. Requested by me, 11:11 has always been a special moment to me, and them knowing that and actually dedicating that small status to me left me in laughter and it sure did LMS. (:”

Daily Visits

“While laying in bed yesteday, my sister made her daily visit to my room to talk to me before she goes to sleep. This time, I had a headache but my sister kindly offered to get me my medicine. I don’t tell her this, but the fact that she takes the time to visit me every night makes me smile. Yesterday night though, seeing how she cared enough to get me medicine LMS twice as much. (:”
